Hi there! My name is Duke Doyle, and I was born and raised on the beautiful island of Maui, Hawaii. I recently earned my Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from Chapman University. Before that, I completed my Bachelor’s degree in Marketing with a focus on Sports and Entertainment at California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. I also hold an NFL Scout and GM certificate from Sports Management Worldwide, where I had the privilege of being mentored by Russell Lande, Mark Dominik, and John Wooten.
Growing up on an island with limited opportunities presented its challenges but I’ve always embraced challenges head-on. Sports have been a central part of my life, whether as a participant or aspiring professional in the sports industry. Football has been a family tradition and passion. My dad grew up playing football in Philadelphia, while my uncle played for the University of Hawaii after growing up on Maui.

As a family, we had an annual tradition of traveling to watch an NFL game together. This tradition was put on pause when my uncle was diagnosed with cancer at a young age and sadly passed away after a tough battle. His resilience and words left a lasting impression on me as his favorite quote was:“Impossible is a word found in a dictionary only for fools.” His fight and determination inspired me to chase my dreams and believe that anything is possible.
Today, I carry that inspiration with me as I pursue a career in the sports industry. To that young boy from a small island, education became the bridge to opportunity, fueled by passion, family, and the unwavering belief that no dream is out of reach.
